Just a heads up about a Lloyds 'Payee' scam going around. Definitely a dodgy number you don’t want anything to do with. Please don’t open or follow any links in those messages!

Got a text saying it was from Lloyds about a new payee being added from some new device, telling me to check a link authorised-pay[###] if I didn’t do it. I looked on my account on another device and there was no sign of any new payee. Tried to find that website on Google and couldn’t find anything either. Feels dodgy, probably a scam.

Just got a message from 07377056163, something about a Lloyds alert saying a payee got added from a new device. Sounds dodgy to me, especially since I don't even have a Lloyds account. Definitely a scam, watch out!

Got a text claiming to be from Lloyds, saying a new payee was set up using a new device on 18/11/20, with a link like [#]authorised-pay[###]/. Didn’t follow the link since I’m not even a Lloyds customer, definitely looks like a scam to me.
