Got a message from them even tho I don’t have an account with HSBC. Said something about a new payee request for Mrs A Burke on my account or whatever. If it wasn’t me, they told me to check this link: i#Jhs-online-addedpayee-verify(###]/login. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Just got a message about a new payee request from hsbc, but i dont even have an account with them. it said something like: "hsbc alert: a new payee request for mrs a burke has been added on your account. if this wasnt you, please check here: i#Jhs-online-addedpayee-verify(###]/login". seems dodgy to me!

Got a text claiming to be from Hermes asking for £1.45 to resend a parcel. Problem is, I’m not waiting for anything at all. Either way, there's no way I’m handing over my banking info to some random message.

Got a message saying there was a new payee added to my HSBC account and to tap a link to check it out. The funny thing is, I don’t even have an HSBC account, so it’s definitely a scam.

Somebody called saying they were from HSBC, mentioned a Mrs Burke was joining or something, but honestly, don’t be daft and fall for this nonsense. It’s a scam, pure and simple. I’m not with them and wouldn’t trust it for a second. Just block and delete!
