Got a call pretending to be from Three, pushing 5G SIM deals. It was clearly an Indian call centre and their English was quite dodgy. They asked loads of personal stuff like my name, email, date of birth, phone number and address. Then suddenly said they’d stopped my direct debit and wanted my bank details to ‘fix’ it. Contacted the legitimate phone company and they said they hadn’t called me at all. I’ve reported the whole thing to Action Fraud.
