Got a text supposedly from Lloyds saying I’d added a new payee on 12/07 at 13:28:50. It told me if I hadn’t done it to check their website, and included a link to what looked like some dodgy login page for payments. Definitely a scam in my book since I don’t even have an account with Lloyds. Feels pretty risky!

Got a text claiming to be from Lloyds about adding a new payee. It said if I hadn’t done it, to click a link. Total scam, without a doubt. The link even had “Lloyds” in the URL, which made it seem real at first. I just deleted it straight away because I knew Lloyds wouldn’t be asking for info like that. I didn’t respond or do anything, and I’m not going to waste time calling them either!
