I got suspicious, wondering how they even got my number. Decided to look it up and found all these warnings about it being dodgy. Really thankful I checked before putting anything in. Be careful out there, folks!

Got a text pretending to be from Hermes about a parcel needing re-delivery. It’s definitely a scam, asking for your bank info and some extra fees. The link takes you to a site that looks just like the real Hermes page, but you can’t actually click on any links there. Seriously, don’t enter any personal info!

This morning at 7:58, I got a text from that number claiming to be Hermes saying I’d missed a parcel delivery. They included a link for parcel tracking to sort out a redelivery, warning that the parcel would be returned if I didn’t respond. Cheers to everyone else who shared their thoughts on this number, it’s good to know what’s going on.

Got a text just before 7 this morning saying I’d missed a delivery at 8.04 (??). It was some convincing-looking ‘HERMES’ website that made me jump through a bunch of hoops, then asked for about £1.22 for them to send it again. Obviously they wanted my card info too. They must reckon I’m daft enough to fall for that nonsense!

I got a message from someone saying they were Hermes. The website looked super genuine, but they asked for loads of personal stuff like my birthday. Felt a bit dodgy so I decided to do some digging. Heard that later on they ask for your bank details too, which definitely set alarm bells ringing.
