I got a call claiming to be from “GOV” telling me I had a £899 living payment waiting, and all I had to do was click on their link. Absolutely no chance. If the government really owed me that much, I’d be lining up outside Number 10 with my hands out! Don’t fall for this rubbish, it’s definitely a SCAM.

Got a dodgy text saying I owed £899 from the government, with a link trying to steal bank details. Absolutely a scam. I sent it to 7726 so the phone company and action fraud can look into it. Just watch out for these and be careful!
