Had a couple of calls from “O2” showing as no caller id, one after the other. Didn’t leave any voicemail, so I looked them up here and then just blocked and got rid of them.

At first there was silence, then a woman called and totally butchered my name. Clearly, she had no clue who I was, so I just ended the call straight away.

My phone flagged the number as possibly a scam. It ended the call before I even got to leave a voicemail, which makes me think it was an auto dialler.

So this woman was trying to sell me a sim card from EE, saying my phone wouldn’t work starting tomorrow lol. I’m actually on a contract with them already. I said I’d ring EE after work to check. She told me I couldn’t do that, which instantly made me think she was some sort of scammer. I called her out on it and then she just hung up on me.
