Got a call from someone claiming to be with Virgin Media or O2 saying my SIM was about to get disconnected in the next day or two. They said they’d send me a replacement SIM via DPD and that I’d need to sign for it. Then they asked for my email to send a link where I had to confirm stuff like my address and card info. When I asked why they needed my card details, they said it was just to verify it was me, the account owner. Seriously, can anyone actually fall for this? lol

I can’t tell if it's Vodafone or not, but the way they handled it was really rude and quite unprofessional. If it is them, it wouldn’t surprise me since their customer service has always been pretty terrible.
