Really fishy call. There was a brief pause, then some static, and no greeting or my name, just someone with a weird accent saying "hello". I didn’t pick up and after a few seconds she just ended the call.

I got a call saying I could have a free phone upgrade and a cut in my contract because I’m a loyal customer. Then they asked for stuff they must already have on file. I told them to email me with all the details. After that, they said they needed to check with their manager before any changes. Seriously felt like they were fishing for my bank info. If you'd actually won some prize, surely they'd already have your email, right? No need to ask for it again.
