Got a call earlier from "DHL" saying I've got a parcel from China stuck in customs. They asked me to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. Then they told me I have to pay to release the package. Felt dodgy so I just hung up. If you miss the call, they leave a message in Chinese. If you’re actually expecting a delivery though, it's better to ring DHL direct on 0800 800 020 to check.
