Got a call from an Asian guy claiming to be from Amazon's subscription team. He told me the monthly fee had jumped from £7.99 to £79, and if I didn't want to pay, he could cancel it and give me a refund. I asked for any proof he was actually from Amazon, especially since he was ringing from a mobile number. That’s when he started yelling at me, insisting he wasn’t dishonest! I just told him his customer service was terrible and said I’d get in touch with Amazon myself. Then I ended the call.
