Got a call from some Asian lady saying she was with 3 Network and that I had to upgrade my phone right away. She didn’t give me any details about my mobile at all. Pretty sure it’s a scam, so I blocked the number and reported it.

I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from 3 network. She couldn’t tell me anything about me or my account. Then she asked for my email. When I asked her to verify her identity and show she actually worked for 3, she just hung up on me. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
