Got a call from some firm claiming to offer life insurance and wanting to discuss my current coverage. I told them I don't have any and plan to get one via my mortgage broker. They sounded alright at first, but when I mentioned handling it myself, they just hung up. Feels a bit dodgy, especially since they were ringing from an 07 number - not something legit businesses usually do. Normally, proper companies use 012 or 013 area codes. I’d honestly recommend sticking with your own insurer if you need to check anything.
