So, someone rang me about a "local energy hub" but when I tried to find out who exactly was calling and which company they were from, they kept it really unclear, just saying "a big company". I didn’t want to give my name without knowing who was on the other end, so I didn’t say anything. Then they asked if I owned the house, and that’s when I just ended the call. I mean, if they can’t even tell me who they are, why on earth would I share anything about myself?

The phone rings and when I pick up, there's nobody there and no message left either.

Terrible connection and the person’s English was so bad, I just ended the call straight away.

The bloke wanted to chat either to me or my hubby, but when I said now wasn’t a good moment, he just said he’d ring again later (yeah, that wasn’t happening because I blocked him straight away!). I tried to find out who was on the other end but he cut me off.

Got a couple of calls from this number today about loft insulation checks. They’ve rang me twice from 07361617477, but also from a bunch of other similar numbers like 07361618462, 07361618069, and 07361618060. The person on the phone speaks English with a strong foreign accent and seems to be using some kind of voice-activated system. Very odd.

Got a call at 7:36 this morning, and it was the fifth one I’ve had within just a few hours. The number showed as international, always seems like one of those Asian ones. They keep going on about loft insulation, saying stuff like "Your local energy hub". Whenever I ask them which company they’re with or where they’re based, they just hang up straight away. Proper annoying!

Got a couple of calls from some mystery number in under an hour. Took ages for them to answer which made it pretty clear it was some kind of sales or spam thing. I didn't hold back and gave them a clear message about what I thought of their calls!

Been getting calls from a bunch of similar numbers, like 07360 something or 17361, showing up as international, every few hours over the past two days. Picked up once and it was a woman with an Asian accent asking if she could speak to me or my partner, talking about some kind of Home Upgrade. Told her to stop calling but they keep changing the number just a bit each time, so blocking doesn’t work. It’s proper annoying and feels a bit dodgy too. Glad I have caller ID to at least know when they’re ringing.

Got a call from 0736117464 today, and honestly, it’s getting really frustrating. I’ve mentioned before that numbers beginning with 07360 and different endings keep ringing, but now they’re swapping the 0 for a 1. These muppets just won’t stop. My advice? Don’t pick up if it starts with 0736, just let them keep trying. It’s better to have those tossers wasting their time instead of you answering every single call.
