Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, but it felt like a total scam. The moment I picked up, an automated voice started talking. Definitely don’t pick up if you see this number, it’s probably trying to trick you into giving away your details. Stay safe and ignore it!

I picked up the phone and there was a bloke saying he was ringing on behalf of Three Mobile. I instantly spotted it was some kind of scam because I don't use Three at all. I thought I’d mess about a bit and when he asked for my email, I told him ‘surely if you’ve got my account info, why ask for that?’ He didn’t bother with any GDPR stuff either. When I asked him to tell me my name, he couldn’t get it right to save his life.
