Got a call from a different number today, but as usual, no one was there when I answered. These silent calls are getting really annoying.

Somebody rang saying they were from O2, telling me they’d be sending me a new SIM card in the post tomorrow because my current one was supposedly out of contract and about to be deactivated. Honestly, I wasn’t falling for that nonsense. I just told them to go ahead and post the “replacement” SIM since I was a bit tied up at the moment, then I quickly ended the call. I’m not holding my breath for this new SIM to turn up anytime soon. I’m pretty sure my existing SIM will keep working perfectly well for a long time yet. Not shedding any tears if the card never arrives!
