Got a call from some automated voice, sounded like an American woman, saying I owed revenue and if I didn’t press 1, I’d go to jail. Thing is, I’m in the UK, paying my taxes on time, so their whole story was just daft. Like, if I was dodging taxes, they’d know where to find me anyway! Honestly, easily one of the dumbest scam calls I’ve had. Made me laugh more than anything else!
