I keep receiving calls from this number. Every time I block it, they ring again from a number that's just a tad different. It’s quite infuriating, to be honest! I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, which should ideally put a halt to these nuisance calls. Yet, they persist. I’m really looking for some guidance on how to put an end to this annoyance.

I received a rather questionable call earlier today. The chap on the other end, his accent wasn’t quite local if you catch my drift, mentioned something along the lines of '???? Securities'-though honestly, he rattled it off so quickly that I barely grasped it. He had the audacity to know my name right off the bat and immediately launched into a spiel about various loan options. I tried to convey my disinterest, but his incessant and rapid-fire chatter made it impossible for me to get a word in edgeways. It felt as if my responses fell on deaf ears, as he was relentless in peddling his 'loan' pitch. I eventually reached a boiling point and raised my voice to tell him I wanted nothing to do with it. In the end, I just hung up in frustration!
