Got a call from 07360 279362 but didn’t pick up so it went to my voicemail. When I checked it, there was this weird automated message saying something like "803 that’s 015827..." Pretty sure it’s a scam.

Honestly, don’t reply with any of these words, it feels like some kind of scam trying to get into your phone.
