They said I should ring him the next morning, so I tried calling back loads of times, but never got an answer. Honestly, I’m a bit uneasy about the whole thing and not sure if it’s actually from Openreach or some kind of scam.

Got a call from someone saying they were an engineer from TalkTalk. Sounded a bit dodgy to me, so I didn’t give them any info. Definitely felt like a scam.
