It's rather peculiar, isn't it? I stumbled upon this plumbing firm that's supposedly situated in Kent, yet they're listing my digs in Surrey as their business location. The oddity continues when I reached out for urgent plumbing help here in Surrey, only for them to act as if they had no clue what my address was-even though they're using it for their adverts. Quite baffling, if you ask me!

I encountered a chap on the street who claimed to hail from Leicester, saying he was in dire straits after having his wallet pinched. He asserted he was 24 and a university student and even flashed an ID at me. He seemed in quite a state, panicking and insisting he required some cash to buy a train ticket. Being the soft touch I sometimes am, I parted with a small amount of money to assist him. He gave me his number, promising to reimburse me, but surprise, surprise, he’s now blocked me - how hilarious! Anyway, fair warning to others. His teeth were quite discoloured, which set off alarm bells in my mind, yet in my eagerness to help and get rid of him, I went ahead with it. He gave off some serious dodgy vibes, looking rather gaunt and suffering from severe skin issues, not to mention he was trembling as if he were in desperate need of a fix. Just a heads up to not be taken in by such antics!

Received a call purporting to be from Carphone Warehouse regarding an upgrade offer. I suspect it's a scam, so I strongly advise against answering or, better yet, just block the number completely!

I happened to miss the call at first. The line went silent after a mere three seconds, and the same happened each time I tried ringing back. I was awaiting a delivery, otherwise, I wouldn’t have kept trying.
