Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent who said he was from Microsoft, talking about problems with my computer. I told him I don’t actually own a computer, and he kept going on about my laptop, tablet or smartphone I use for the internet. I told him again I had none of those, then he just hung up. Tried calling back but the number wasn’t recognised. Definitely not Microsoft, cause I work remotely and have a proper IT person look after my devices - everything’s fine. Looks like a dodgy scam trying to get cash or remote control of my tech.
