I received a message stating that there was no one at the residence to retrieve my Evri parcel, which is utterly ridiculous as I’m not anticipating any delivery at all.

Got a message saying my parcel couldn’t be delivered on 6th February because I wasn’t in, supposedly from Evri. That’s odd since Royal Mail actually dropped off a package that very same day! Didn’t bother clicking any link in the text for rearranging delivery - felt off, especially as Evri usually gives clear info on who’s delivering and when to expect it.
