Both messages had links asking me to log in and accept terms, threatening to lock my SIM if I didn’t. They said they were from O2, but I’m nowhere near an O2 customer. I blocked the number straight away and reported it to 7726 for scam texts. My phone also flagged the messages as dodgy.2 yearsGot a text from this number saying it’s O2, telling me my sim would get limited if I don’t agree to some terms and conditions. They included a link for me to click on. I wasn’t having any of it, so I sent the message over to 7726 to report it as a scam.2 yearsOn the 9th of June 2024 at about 5:29 in the morning, I got a dodgy text that pretended to be from O2. They said my SIM contract would be restricted unless I agreed to some new Terms and Conditions. The message included a link to a sketchy website called o2termregulations.com and urged me to sign in there to avoid losing my contract. Since I’m actually with Tesco Mobile, which runs on O2’s network, I quickly saw through it as a scam. Stay well clear of that number and don’t fall for their tricks!Tesco MobileO22 yearsI just got a text from this number that pretends to be from O2.
