Got a call from somewhere called Warboys, no clue who it was.

Phone rang for like 23 seconds, no voicemail left and they never called me back. Pretty sure it was some kind of scam.

I've been getting calls from various numbers claiming to be from my mobile network, warning me my SIM will be disconnected in a couple of days but that they’ll send a replacement. They even asked for my email, which I’m guessing is so they can try hacking into my account to make purchases or sign contracts costing loads of money. Since I moved my number to another provider a while back, I know this is just a scam because I’m no longer with the company they say they’re from.

My other half got a call from this number earlier. We just let it go to voicemail but they didn’t leave any message, so figured it wasn’t urgent. Most likely some sort of scam or a telemarketer trying their luck. We’ve blocked it now.

Got loads of phishing robocalls recently, all piggybacking off the Vodafone/Virgin Media network, making it look like they're local. Turns out they’re actually ringing from India, trying (and failing) to do some weird mix of Scottish and Irish accent. Proper dodgy and obvious scam if you ask me!
