He ignored me when I asked three times. Kept saying “yes, yes” was really dismissive and kept hammering me with questions about my account. He was shouting at me several times and I told him he was seriously unprofessional and u don’t shout over customers who are asking something. I’ve hung up and he won’t stop calling me. He said his name was “Alex Walter” but he’s clearly Middle Eastern/Indian sounding and couldn’t speak proper English.
