i got a text from this number saying i was near someone who had omicron and it had a link to get a free test kit, but it seemed dodgy so i just blocked it straight away. definitely felt like a phishing attempt.

I'd advise folks to just block this number right away. It sent me a message claiming to be from NHS Track & Trace, saying I'd been near someone who tested positive for Omicron. Then it tried to get me to order a PCR test from a dodgy website that wasn’t the real deal. Don’t fall for it!

Got a call from this number telling me I'd been near someone with omicron covid. I stopped using NHS Track & Trace a while back, so I'm pretty sure this is a dodgy scam. I'd say don’t trust it or follow what it says.
