When I asked how they got my number, it was clear neither of us believed they were really from SKY. They then admitted they actually got it from a scammer and started asking for my bank info. Can't say I’ve ever had such a straightforward scammer before - honest, if anything!4 months16/02/2026 10:15 AM Got a call from a guy with a strong Indian accent saying he was from Vodafone, but he pronounced it like “Wodafooon”. He asked me to verify my info but never used my actual name. In the background, you could hear loads of other voices, like a call centre full of people speaking with heavy accents. Pretty obvious it was a scam since I don’t even have Vodafone.
