Got a call from someone with an Asian accent saying my Sky account was about to be cut off cause I missed a direct debit payment. I told her I don’t even have Sky! She started mumbling then suddenly tried to sell me a basic Sky deal for £50 a month, pushing me to set up a direct debit right away. What a joke! These scammers genuinely never quit. Best thing to do is just hang up and block them.

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she's from 3, warning me my sim would be cut off within a day. I just ended the call since I haven’t been a 3 customer for like 5 years now. I picked up because the number was unknown but showed as mobile, and I was expecting a parcel so thought maybe the driver was ringing. There was some background noise that reminded me of a call centre, and it took her a moment to respond after I said hello.
