2 yearsJust to add to what I said earlier, if you text SCAM to 7726, you’ll get a follow-up message thanking you for reporting it to your network provider, which is shown by the first few digits of your number. That provider should then look into it, and if needed, contact the company that owns the number (like Sky UK Ltd) to get it taken out of use. While this won’t completely stop the scam texts, it’ll at least be a bit of a hassle for those trying to scam. Also worth noting, to get the Wotcha Who Called Me app from the App Store, you need to have iOS16 installed.Sky UK Ltd2 yearsGot a message at about 4 in the morning with a link saying something about an "adjusted delivery date." Definitely a dodgy text, so whatever you do, don’t click on the link! Instead, send it to 7726 and you’ll get a reply straight away asking you to send back the scam phone number. Just reply with it like 07359347535, which is the 11-digit UK mobile format. After that, block the number and delete the message from your phone.
