I wasn’t sure if this was for real or a scam. The site was secure, which made me think it was ok, but then it asked for my credit card info to send a PCR test. That’s when I decided to stop and not go any further.

Got a call out of the blue saying I was near someone with COVID - total scam! Don’t fall for it, they just want your info. Keep your guard up with these fake COVID alerts.
