Got a call from someone claiming to be Evri, telling me I'd missed a parcel delivery. Definitely a scam, so watch out for that!

Got a text that said it was from Evri about a parcel delivery but it looked dodgy, probably a scam trying to trick people. Avoid clicking any links on messages like that.

This is definitely a scam linked to PCR tests. They’re scaring folks by saying they’ve been close to someone with Covid-19, using the whole test and trace spiel. Right now, tests are free, and from what my mate who does daily tests for work and the local pharmacy say, in future we might have to pay. The caller gave a website and then started asking for bank details, sort code and all that. No chance I was handing that over to anyone. Luckily, I’ve already got a box of tests at home, so I did one myself and jotted down their info - it came back negative.

I got a text from +447359335973 saying there was an 'outgoing transaction attempt from a new device (Dublin, Ireland).' They included a link to ‘contact your bank’ but it didn’t look anything like messages my bank sends. I didn’t make any transactions around then so I knew it was dodgy.

Got a text from +44 7359 335973 telling me I had to book a PCR test because I’d been near someone with the omicron variant. The link led to what looked like a proper site to request the test, but then it asked for my card info to cover postage costs. That’s not how the NHS does it at all! Pretty sure it’s a scam.

Got a message supposedly from Halifax about a new device being added to my account, but I’ve never even had an account with them. This definitely feels like one of those dodgy scams trying to trick you.
