07359 790773 Rang me claiming to be from EE, but I told him I’m not the one who holds the account. He asked who was, and I said if he had the account info, then he’d already know. I said he didn’t sound like he was from EE and then he told me to get lost with some rude words 🤣🤣

Someone claiming to be 02 called me, said they needed my card info to sort out my upcoming payment. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Don’t ever call back a number without having a proper look first. It’s seriously daft for loads of reasons. It might be a Wangiri fraud, or just some unsuspecting person’s actual number (scammers churn out millions of computer-made fake numbers, which often end up being somebody’s real one). You could easily end up speaking to a proper scammer. And clicking on any dodgy link? Even more foolish. That comment from 22/03 was taking a massive gamble. Having solid mobile security (I run Norton 360 myself) should warn you if a link looks dodgy before you press on it.

+447597809230 I got a call saying they were a delivery driver trying to drop off a package at my address. They sent a link that looks like it’s from ROYAL MAIL... but it’s definitely a con. The “info” button on the top right of the page doesn’t work at all. They want you to put in your card details. DON’T PUT YOUR CARD INFO IN... THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM. I rang the number back and it went straight to a GIFF GAFF voicemail. Please ignore and block this number. Also, I wasn’t expecting any parcels, so something felt off straight away. BE WARNED, hope this helps someone!
