Got a message saying it was Santander about a new payee called Jacob Benson. It told me to check santander.auth-recipent.com if I hadn’t authorised it. I called my bank quickly and they said it was a scam. Just a heads up to everyone, don’t click any links from that. I’ve deleted the message and blocked the number straight away.

Got a text from "SANTANDER" saying something about strange activity and that a new payee called Julia Paulson had been added. It told me to check a link if it wasn’t me, but the message looked dodgy and even had a spelling mistake ("accruing" instead of something else). Totally a scam, so I just blocked the number straight away.

Pretty obvious these were scams.
