I got a call from a bloke claiming to be with Sky, offering me a 30% off deal. He said he needed to check with his manager before sorting it out. It sounded like a call centre and probably based in India. When I told them that if they were really Sky they’d already have my details and could just do the discount and text me confirmation, they just hung up on me.
