This seems really dodgy to me. I got a text from this number saying:

SANTANDER: Your Direct Debit has been set up to a new payee [MR R DAVIES, Ireland, 20:51]. Not you? Check here: santander.auth-user-56.com

I went straight to my Santander online banking to see if anything was set up and there was nothing at all.

I think the neutral rating should be taken off.
