I got a message saying I’d been exposed to Covid 19, but something about the NHS logo looked off to me. Plus, I thought they’d already shut down track and trace? Feels like a scam to me.

I’ve just had a call from this number. When I tried to access book-testing-kit.com, it appeared to lead me to a fake NHS site for ordering a free PCR test. They asked for quite a bit of personal information, such as my date of birth, phone number, email, and address. I attempted to look up the website on another browser on my computer, but couldn’t find anything about it. I have a sneaky feeling this might be a scam.

Just got a call from that number. They sent me a link to book-testing-kit.com which supposedly is an NHS site for free PCR tests. It asks for loads of personal info like date of birth, phone number, email and address. I tried looking up the site on another browser on my laptop but it showed nothing. Feels dodgy to me, pretty sure it’s a scam.

Watch out! This dodgy number just sent me a message claiming I had to get tested immediately because I was allegedly in close proximity to someone who tested positive for Omicron. They urged me to click on a link to order a PCR test kit. Don't fall for it!
