I've never placed an order from England before, and after looking into it, it turns out this is a scam sending sham parcels just to steal your information. I've gone ahead and blocked that number.

I received a communication purporting to be from Royal Mail, with an email originating from https://royalmail.rov. Allegedly, they're unable to deliver my package due to an alleged incorrect address. Seems rather dodgy, doesn't it?

Someone called saying they were from Royal Mail and that my parcel was missing proper address details, asking me to click a link or something. I actually work at Royal Mail, so I know for a fact they don’t send messages like that.
