Last week, I got a call from someone quite pushy about a loft inspection I supposedly needed. I told them I wasn’t interested. Then this morning, they called again at 6am waking me up! I said I was in New York and asked them nicely to remove my number from their list. The caller just said “**** you” and hung up. They kept ringing non-stop after that until I had to block them. These annoying calls even came through on a Sunday!

Got a call again about loft insulation, but I never asked for a quote or anything. The bloke kept asking why I wasn’t interested. He went on about damp, heat escaping, and how I could save half on my bills. Honestly, dunno why he assumed I’d just let some stranger come round and check out my house.

On Friday afternoon, I received a call about damp problems in lofts affecting many locals and they offered a free quote. Throughout the call, the person kept repeating the same lines, which made me suspicious. He told me someone would get back to me within half an hour to arrange a consultation, but nobody rang me till the 16th of July. The caller’s name was Mike, and he mentioned a mate of his would contact me on Friday. When I told him I wasn’t interested, he rudely asked why and then swore at me before hanging up. Watch out, these lot are scammers!

Over about a week, I got calls from various numbers at all sorts of times, even on the weekend. When I told one bloke called 'Mike' to take me off their list since my number’s ex-directory, he just rudely told me to shove it. Didn't expect that at all, usually these annoying calls just drop the line straight away.
