Got a message on my answerphone from an automated voice saying they'd seen some suspicious use of my bank card on Amazon, and asked me to press 1 to confirm it. Definitely a scam, and I reckon anyone who falls for it could end up losing a fair bit of money. Very dodgy call if you ask me.

Today I got a ring from this number, a guy with an Indian accent on the line claiming he was from Virgin Media. When he asked me how I was, I replied "depends," and then he just hung up straight away. Felt kinda dodgy, like maybe it was a scam since he didn’t want to keep chatting.
