I got a message from this number accusing me of selling a cake with plastic in it and saying their dog needed the vet because of it. The stuff they claimed to have bought kept changing, but when I asked them about it, they blamed their dyslexia. They demanded a refund, which I gave out of goodwill. Then they suddenly wanted a refund for their mum too, saying she bought four things from me - even though I only sell my products in sets of three. After that, I stopped replying until they fill out a complaints form.

This person tried to moan about something they "bought" from us but couldn’t actually give any proper details about the order they claimed to have made. Total con!

Got a call from this number about some sales issue with my market stall from last year. The guy wouldn’t share any proper info about the products, so I reckon it’s probably a scam. Now on 21/2/25, his partner has been getting in touch instead. I’m making sure to gather all the right info about the complaint before I block them and take it up with the police.
