Got a call from someone saying they were with the Housing Disrepair Claims Team. They asked for info about repairs needed at my place and said they'd recover the costs from my housing association. Thing is, I actually own my home outright and have never rented from any housing association. Guess they were just hoping to catch someone. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
