I received a call from an Indian lady on this number. Interestingly, I had a small car accident two weeks ago. However, she requested my address and car registration details. It's strange because I already provided all such information to the other driver involved in the accident. Clearly, this is a scam as she is asking for my address again.

I received a call from an Indian gentleman who claimed to be from AAMI. He asked me to provide my name, date of birth, and car registration details in order to verify my information. However, I chose not to disclose any of it, as the call did not seem authentic. In response, he mentioned that he would send me a letter explaining the purpose of his call. Nonetheless, I remained convinced that it was not a legitimate conversation.

Despite not picking up, I received a voicemail from a gentleman with an Indian accent who identified himself as an employee of "GI" Insurance. I suspect he meant to say "GIO" Insurance. Interestingly, he left a distinct number (07 34702 2081) for me to call back. It was not the main contact number typically used by GIO Insurance.

The person calling is quite insistent and has made seven or eight calls to us. Since we don't know the number, we haven't picked up any of these calls. We receive many such calls, so the most sensible course of action is to disregard them. If it happens to be an authentic call, they can always send a message by post if you don't respond. A man, speaking with an Indian accent, claimed to be from AAMI and requested my car registration number and full name. I declined to provide him with this information, so he threatened to send me a letter via mail. He called at 5:24 PM on June 27th, 2017. He refused to disclose the purpose of the call unless I gave him the aforementioned details he was requesting.
