Somebody just phoned claiming to be from British Telecom and said that loads of folks were trying to access my internet. It wasn’t true at all, they were just after my IP address to get into my account online. Be careful and don’t share any info with them!

Got a call from a lady with an Indian accent who claimed to be from BT, saying there was an issue with my internet. She asked me to turn on my computer, but as soon as I threw a tech question at her, she hung up. These scam calls have been coming through on different numbers for the past few days now.
