Claimed to be from O2 but was ringing me from a mobile number!!?? I told them exactly where to shove it and they started swearing at me? Pretty clear that wasn’t O2’s Customer Service.9 monthsThey rang me about half past twelve, just before lunch. Said they wanted to help me cut down on my EE broadband fees. After asking a few things, they suddenly asked for my bank details. When I said they should already have them, they passed me on to someone else, who, to be honest, was quite pushy. I told him to ring me back in half an hour so I could check with EE first. After contacting EE, they confirmed my suspicions were spot on. I also had to ring my bank and set up alerts for any dodgy transactions. Be careful out there folks, these scammers are getting smarter all the time.EE9 monthsdidnt answer, didnt recognise the number so thought best not to pick up9 monthsI declined the call and tried ringing back with my number hidden.
