I haven’t dealt with these people myself, but I’m flagging them as ‘harassing’ because the AI seemed to take the last user’s comment as positive, when it looks like they don’t trust the call being genuine. As mentioned before, anyone saying they’re from an agency offering work like this probably isn’t legit. Stay cautious, sounds like a scam to me. They’re definitely not who they say they are - and even if they were, pestering random folks just to push job ads is completely wrong. I seriously doubt this has anything to do with reed.co.uk. Best to block and report them.

I got a random WhatsApp message saying something like: “Hi, I’m Diana from Reed.co.uk, a UK recruitment agency. We have part-time flexible jobs paid hourly, weekly or monthly. Want me to send more info?” That seemed really off to me. For starters, no legit recruitment firm has ever reached out like that before. Also, if they have my contact details, why didn’t they bother to use my actual name? And the grammar was pretty poor, which usually rings alarm bells for scams or phishing attempts. So yeah, it definitely felt sketchy, though I can’t say for certain it’s a scam.
