So, I picked up the phone and this woman just launched straight into some story about a claim. I clocked right away it was one of those dodgy scams and hung up quick. Later, I rang her back and told her off properly, which definitely rattled her because she just hung up. Feeling a bit cheeky, I called again to ask why she thought it was alright to con folks. Then, out of nowhere, a bloke in the background pipes up saying he’d ring the police, lol. Honestly, my top tip’s to give scammers a taste of their own medicine - absolute muppets!

SCAM ALERT. When I confronted them, they actually laughed and bragged about how well off they are, saying they’re not affected by the cost of living crisis at all and just got themselves a fancy new Mercedes Benz. They’re able to do this because no one takes the time to stop them 🤬. The Police told me to spread the word on social media and ask others to do the same so more people can spot these scams. Apparently, they’ve swindled hundreds of thousands of pounds just in the last month, according to the officers.

They kept calling but stayed silent, so in the end I just blocked the number.
