Got a call claiming my number was about to be cut off by Three. Told them I’m not a Three customer, mentioned something about a merger with Vodafone, but said I’m not with them either. They wanted to verify my email address. I asked them to recite my email back to me, but they refused, saying it’s for “security reasons.” Then I told them if they really had it, just send the confirmation since my email’s been the same for ages; otherwise, I’m not falling for these dodgy tricks. Hung up. It’s been the whole day and still no email from them.
