This number kept ringing over and over, I lost count after about ten tries. Didn’t pick up tho, all thanks to the warnings I read in the comments here. Cheers for that!

Got a robo call telling me that HMRC had sent a letter back and now they’re gonna take legal action. Thing is, HMRC doesn’t even have my phone number, they always use the classic brown envelope for letters. There’s no way they’d call from that number for real, so it’s definitely a scam. If you get a call like that, be careful before you answer!
