This number is linked to a locksmith who teams up with others. They’ll show up at your vehicle, acting like they’re really trying to fix it, but first, you’ve got to pay a deposit. After a while, they’ll put on a disappointed look and say it can’t be sorted right now. Honestly, it feels like a con to get you to shell out £200 for nothing at all. Either they’re rubbish at what they do or there’s something dodgy going on - I'd wager it’s the latter.

They took £200 off me for a replacement car key but never actually set it up. Proper rip off.
